At YousufTaimoor, we take pride in delivering premium-quality outfits crafted with care and detail. However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.

🕒 Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is incomplete, recolored, or appears damaged or abandoned
  • The item received does not match the size you originally ordered
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective stickers intact

Please note that all return/exchange requests made after 5 days will not be entertained.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

To ensure hygiene, exclusivity, and quality control, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products
  • Stitched/customized versions of unstitched fabric
  • Bridal wear or made-to-order garments

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us via WhatsApp within 5 days of delivery
  2. Include a clear reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos
  3. Once approved, return the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective

💸 Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The item is out of stock
  • The received product is defective beyond repair

In such cases, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase.

🔔 Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Products returned without prior approval or those that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.
  • YousufTaimoor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
